Project Description:

Magnum Companies fabricated and installed approximately 160 linear feet of stainless steel wire mesh guardrail panels with 2” stainless steel handrails at second and third floor balconies. The project also included roughly 170 linear feet of interior carbon steel stair guardrails with stainless steel grab rails across two stairwells spanning up to four floors, along with 160 linear feet of exterior stainless steel ramp grab rail and dock fall protection railing. Guardrail sections were fabricated off-site, then hand-carried and field welded during installation. Magnum was brought in after the original contractor closed and completed fabrication and installation within a 90-day schedule while addressing several design revisions. This project marked Magnum’s first collaboration with Pilkington Construction.
