Project Description:

Liberty 4 showcases the bold architectural presence of CorTen weathering steel within a contemporary commercial design. To begin with, striking vertical steel elements define the exterior rhythm, while a cantilevered canopy extends the form and frames the building’s expansive glass façade. As a result, the design creates a strong contrast between warm, natural patina tones and clean modern lines.

Magnum Companies fabricated the architectural metal package for this project, and we delivered precision-formed CorTen panel systems along with structural steel components that shape the building’s exterior identity. In addition, our team focused on tight fabrication tolerances to ensure clean alignment, long-term durability, and a refined architectural finish.

Wespac Construction designed the project, and together the design and fabrication teams achieved a cohesive industrial-modern aesthetic that performs well in Arizona’s climate. Moreover, the use of weathering steel reduces maintenance demands while enhancing the building’s evolving visual character over time. Ultimately, Liberty 4 demonstrates how expertly fabricated architectural metalwork can combine durability, performance, and timeless design impact.
