Project Description:

Magnum Architectural provided a comprehensive architectural metal package for Southwest Kidney Institute in Surprise. Delivering both functional and aesthetic CorTen steel elements that enhance the building’s modern desert design. Scope of work included fabrication and installation of a custom entrance awning, pergola-inspired entry portal, exterior window shades, architectural cladding panels, decorative fencing, and protective barricades, along with numerous custom CorTen accents throughout the site. The weathering steel finish complements the surrounding landscape while providing long-term durability with minimal maintenance. From structural components to fine architectural details, Magnum managed the project as a full-service metal partner, ensuring consistency in craftsmanship and cohesive visual impact across the entire facility.
