Project Description:

This project features a custom architectural corner feature tower fabricated from CorTen weathering steel sheet metal and perforated panels, designed to create a bold visual identity for the shopping center while complementing the surrounding architecture. Magnum Companies fabricated the complete metal package for this feature, including the sheet metal cladding and perforated panels that provide texture, depth, and natural weathering character over time. The CorTen material delivers both durability and a distinctive patina finish, transforming the tower into a long-lasting architectural focal point and signage backdrop for the development.
