Marina Heights

Project Description:

This custom steel and glass stair was fabricated and installed at Marina Heights, the State Farm corporate campus in Tempe, Arizona. Designed as a prominent architectural feature within the building, the stair combines a sculptural steel stringer with precision-fabricated terrazzo treads and minimalist glass guardrails. The open, floating design allows natural light to pass through the space, enhancing the connection between the interior and the surrounding waterfront environment. Clean lines, tight tolerances, and a refined material palette make this stair both a functional circulation element and a statement piece within the modern workplace setting.
