Salt River Pima-maricopa Indian Community:
Journey to Recovery
Project description:
For the Salt River Pima–Maricopa Indian Community’s Journey to Recover Rehabilitation Center, we fabricated and installed a comprehensive suite of custom architectural Corten steel elements, including window shading, privacy screening, gates, pergolas, awnings, and canopies. The work integrated layered 16-ga Corten perforated sheet with 2″ × 4″ Corten rectangular tubing, concealed mechanical raceways with 11-ga Corten lids, and select 14-ga laser-cut privacy panels featuring Native American–inspired bird motifs. The result is a cohesive campus-wide installation that balances durability, shade, function, and cultural expression.
